I wouldn’t put this in an elementary library, yet its picture book format makes it a hard sell for older students. As you read the book you begin to feel them again.


Yet another book that shows why she’s a HCA winner. Product details Reading level: The invitation to “do your own coloring” on the last page shows a happy queen, so is that a subtle effort to indicate that the child or adult?

Things work out best when all the colors are present and when they all get along, which, I suppose, could represent how our lives are better when there is harmony. This is a sweet book with black and white illustrations that are at first scribbled with the highlighted colors and then filled with them.
