Fast forward 20 yrs and several life experiences later and i still love this book.

It is written in a fantastic way, has a good plot line and good characters, however, in this day and age the parricia bothered me so much I had to struggle to finish the story. I absolutely love this book I was a sophomore in high school when I read this. Therefore, Heather is the bright spot in this book for me.
